Mission
Exciting things are happening at WGU’s School of Technology! We’re launching two new master’s degrees—an M.S. in Computer Science and an M.S. in Software Engineering— designed to equip students with cutting-edge skills in high-demand tech fields. The M.S. in Computer Science, the first online, competency-based program of its kind in the U.S., has already received more applications in its first week than any other new master’s degree launched in WGU’s history.
Both master’s programs feature AI-focused concentrations, ensuring graduates are prepared to lead in the ever-evolving tech landscape. In addition, we’re expanding concentrations within existing degrees and integrating more advanced technology into our courses, keeping our programs at the forefront of innovation. It’s an exciting time to be part of the WGU School of Technology community—your support helps unlock access to a growing population of students.
